Shipping & Returns Policy

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment notification. 

2. SHIPPING

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

3. RETURNS

Here at Little Starbeams, providing exceptional customer service is very important. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must still have tags attached, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. Headband bows and sale items are final sale. Please email ShopLittleStarbeams@gmail.com to initiate your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Our mailer bags are 100% reusable and recyclable, so please use the same bag to ship back to us!
